Senoir Ruby on Rails Developer (Saint-Petersburg based)

What you'll do:

• Help design and architect new features
• Argue about the right way to do things
• Work closely with others to help develop features
• Take ownership and help test, release and maintain the code you write

Requirements:

• Strong Ruby on Rails experience as a developer and architect
• 3+ years of experience coding products in a rapid development environment
• Comfortable with AJAX, JavaScript and jQuery
• Comfortable in a small, fast-moving startup environment
• Willingness to learn quickly and do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Pro-active about maintaining and improving the quality of your own code
• Strong communication skills (especially with non-technical folks)
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements
• A passion for entrepreneurship and building technologies that help companies succeed
