Role: You get to interact with our customers trying to improve their monetization with creative ideas using our product. You need to be an open minded, social (at least over email or skype), detail oriented thinker. You need to put your smart Ukrainian brains into good use and help the world be a better place. Responsibilities:

• provide technical support to new and existing clients;
• implement front-end and back-end improvements requested by clients, delegate complex improvements to the development team;
• help in estimating priority, business value and development effort of new features requested by clients;
• review client's product and come up with optimal monetization solution and its integration plan;
• follow up with the clients that are in development phase;keep technical documentation up to date.

Requitements:

• PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
• OOP, design patterns;
• 1 year of PHP experience;
• fluent English.
