Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintenance and configuring monitoring systems (developing new policies and maintain existing);
  • Maintenance and configuring ITSM systems according to processes description and business needs;
  • Writing and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements:


  • Higher technical education;
  • Up to 2 years of work experience;
  • System Monitoring – strong knowledge;
  • UNIX systems– good knowledge;
  • Shell Scripting;Intermediate level of English;
  • Analytical thinking, able to solve problems, proactive, team player.
