Objectives:

• To support VAS solutions for mobile operators
• To resolve problem effectively and expeditiously to maintain customer satisfaction and relationships

Competence:

• Good knowledge in software engineering practices
• Have on-hands approach and the ability to work with cross-team for problem resolution
• Experienced in VAS system administration

Responsibilities:

• 1-st level support for customers in Russia and CIS countries
• Troubleshooting of problems decleared by customer, escallation of problems to higher support levels
• Participate in on-site support for customers and be the first contact point for customer support
• Applications installation, planned upgrated
• Participation in roll-out projects
• On-site support

Requirements:

• OS: Solaris/Linux.
• DB: Oracle, MySQL.
• Programming languages - Java, Perl, Shell scripting
• Protocols and technologies: GSM/GPRS, EDGE, SS7, HTTP, SNMP, SMPP, TCP/IP, LAN configuration and VPN
• Applications administration experience
• Intermediate English

Advantages:

• Experience with VAS system administration and installation
• 2 years application support and maintenance experience in Telecom environment
