Service Engineer  

Москва Mirantis, headquartered in Mountain View, California,U.S.is a leading player in the R&D Product Development services market. Among notable Mirantis clients are Cisco, ST Microelectronics, KLA-Tencor, General Electric, Cadence Design Systems, Mentor Graphics and Agilent.

Our Moscow office is looking for Service Engineer for KLA-Tencor. KLA-Tencor corporation, a leading supplier of process control and yield management solutions for the semiconductor and related microelectronics industries.
 

Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: updating, problem solving, diagnosing and repairing special equipment.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should understand and solve technical problems in software and electronics, optics and laser equipment, mechanical, electromechanical and electro-optical systems.
• Knowledge of optics, electronics, precision mechanics, and computer systems (hardware, software).
• Knowledge of Windows, Unix or Novell.
• Ability to deal technical problems with special equipment,requesting to the experts on a particular type of equipment, to understand and take to the execution of instructions.
• English: required good technical (read the documentation, making requests in the support), understanding spoken language (trainings and learning in English).
• Ready to travel (4-5 weeks in year).

Additional advantage would be:

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in semiconductor manufacturing is a plus
• Experience as a service engineer.
• Experience with sophisticated equipment (medical equipment, aerospace equipment, industrial equipment).
• Driving license and car.
