Currently we are looking for QA Lead.

QA Lead will be responsible for leading all manual and automated testing tasks for a large program in the area of telecom HW equipment and SW stacks for home area networking and home automation. Test plans, test cases, automated QA frameworks and scripts, test reports and overall quality management will be under your supervision. Both offsite and onsite work will be present, since you will need to collaborate with all project stakeholders. You will report directly to Program Manager in Kiev office with a dotted line to Program Director at the customer's office.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in QA roles, preferably in the area of telecom, embedded systems or multimedia applications
• At least 1 year in QA Lead role, experience with managing several QA engineers is mandatory
• Experience with test plan documentation and overall QA planning tasks
• Both functional and non-functional testing experience, specifically performance testing will be important here
• Ability to drive the implementation of automated testing infrastructure
• Practical experience with automated test frameworks - for example: Selenium or JMeter 
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to travel abroad, though no frequent trips will be present by default 

Preferable skills:

• Knowledge of UPnP and DLNA technologies
• Wireless networking technologies
• Experience with network administration or SW development for Linux-based systems
• UI testing experience for web applications
• Java EE application testing, specifically distributed deployments of enterprise applications
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including OSI model and the common practices for IP networking
• Experience with REST / SOAP web services
