Responsibilities:

  • Database maintenance
  • Collecting data on Retail Market
  • Property viewings and cold calling
  • Writing up of internal and external reports’ and presentations’
  • Dealing with journalists’ requests
  • Providing analytical and informational support for other departments
  • News monitoring

Requirements:

  • University degree from a well-established University (Specialization in Economics/ Real Estate/Marketing/Management is an advantage)
  • Fluent English and Russian (both written and oral)
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Responsibility, strong self-discipline, high level of accuracy and attentiveness to details, ability to work independently, strong desire to work and self-educate
  • Great interest in real estate
  • Work experience in Real Estate is an advantage
