Main accountabilities:

  • Design the future LRB brand portfolio architecture for CIS based on consumer and occasion opportunities identified in research program
    • Design effective brand and price positioning for Lebedyanski, Sandora and WBD portfolio
    • Assure effective pipeline process to fuel the brand growth
    • Screen and recommend available PI/Russia/Ukraine platforms
  • Development and execution of the commercial brands strategies
    • Recommend the optimum brand support level to re-ignite the core
    • Develop locally effective brand marketing and communication programs and recommend optimum communication channels for each brand
    • Develop robust pipeline of locally relevant NPDs to capture incremental consumer and occasion opportunities
  • Development, alignment and effective execution of the annual commercial brand plans to deliver agreed volume, profit and SOM for each brand;
    • Manage brand P&L, ensuring that effective business model and brand investment are in line with brand strategy;
    • Assure effective spend of the A&M budget; find innovative solutions to maximize the efficiency of the brand investment; and ensure effective control environment
    • Launch and manage the change management process assuring effective alignment, execution and control of the key commercial projects
  • Assure strategic alignment with BU and PI for key projects as well as assure best practice sharing in the area of LRBs and CI management.
  • Build, lead, manage and develop the CIS LRB Marketing in line with the high growth of the business and portfolio development requirement. Key elements of this role are:
