Our client is a midcap Private Equity Fund, investing capital within mid-sized companies in CIS countries. Their typical investments targets range from industry sectors including TMT, healthcare and FMCG. The client now seeks to add an Analyst to their office in Moscow.


The Role:

  • Work as part of a team on analyzing M&A transactions, potential and existing proprietary investments and other transactions
  • Preparation presentations, pitch books, info memo and other documents
  • Perform industry and company analysis
  • Valuation of companies
  • Financial modeling

Your Professional Background:

  • Leading Investment Bank or Private equity fund
  • Strategy consulting (e.g. McKinsey)
  • Research department of well-known investment bank
  • Valuation or M&A groups from Big 4

Your Profile:

  • Graduate of one of the top universities 
  • More than 1 year of relevant experience
  • Robust financial and analytical skill set.
  • High level of financial modeling and presentation skills
  • Eager to work hard (including weekends and holidays)
  • Mature, ready to solve non-standard tasks
