Responsibilities:

• Customer Performance Controlling (sales planning and budgeting, projects, actions, KPI monitoring);

• Preparation of reports about sales development to financial director based on analysis by visits, frequency of visits,purchases per visits,etc. for:a) customer groups,b) product groups(food and non -food department) ,с) regions of Russia;

• Budgeting and forecasting sales calendarisation and its analysis;

• Participation in new projects and forecasting its profitability and viability;

• Creating new financial reports for Customer projects (Sales, Margin, Total Income, High volume sales and etc.) using Database, VBA and SQL request and make it works automatic;

• Databases management for customer projects( Access, Teradata).

Requirements:

• University degree in economics / business administration with focus on economics or

• Information technology

• Good analytical and mathematical skills

• Good spoken English

• Knowledge of spreadsheet software, MS Excel, MS Access or other databases

• Knowledge of OLAP, Data Warehouse, Micro Strategy

• Previous experience in Controlling or related Buying areas

• Experience working with business applications
