A subsidiary of US “TOA Technologies”, worldwide leader in Customer Appointment Management solutions, has a job opening of Service Desk Engineer position. The essential point of the job is working shifts on schedule day-night-48h.


REQUIREMENTS:


Obligatory:

  • solid understanding of Internet technologies (web serving, email, http/https/ftp protocols);
  • understanding of Internet Security technologies (vpn, ssl, ssh);
  • experience in using *nix systems (preferably FreeBSD);
  • command line advanced usage proficiency;
  • good command of written English;
  • good deductive reasoning and troubleshooting skills.

Desirable:

  • good and spoken English;
  • basic knowledge of LAMP software bundle;
  • basic knowledge of SQL (preferably MySQL);
  • basic PHP knowledge.
