Requirements:

  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science
  • 3+ years of J2EE experience
  • Prior experience dealing with full product development lifecycles and multiple releases of large data volumes software products
  • Strong knowledge of core Java and Servlets, JSP, JSF 1.2, AJAX
  • Experience with J2EE Application Servers (WebLogic/WebSphere/JBoss)
  • Experience in usage of Spring and Hibernate
  • Strong understanding of Object oriented programming and design patterns
  • Good understanding of SQL and database technology
  • Developing web applications with JBoss RichFaces is a plus
  • Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
  • Upper-intermediate level of English       
 
Responsibilities:
  • Participation in product development to manage the large data
  • Work closely with Product Managers to define product and technical requirements
  • Write functional and design specifications
  • Perform investigation and implementation (POCs)
  • Help with release planning by coming up with task breakdowns, estimates and deliverables
  • Develop product features according to the project schedule and quality standards
  • Communicate with an international team
