Skelia invites SalesForce Engineer (ref: TCB-SFE-DV1) for long-term and full-time employment at its service center in Kyiv, Ukraine.

YOUR PROFILE:

• At least 2 years of experience in SalesForce CRM development and administration experience
• Proven experience of process/CRM implementation
• Development experience within a Team
• Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL
• Team player, with good communication skills and a good grasp of business issues
• Exposure to full SFDC lifecycle implementation
• Working in an Agile environment and prototyping on functional requirements
• Advanced oral and written knowledge of English

YOUR MISSION:

• Implement new business functionality in SF by using the Visualforce framework:
  
  • use of Visualforce pages, using standard Visualforce controllers
  • develop by means of APEX code whenever necessary
  • use of a Force.com Sandbox testing environment
  • data model definition and design, definition of workflows and approval flows
• Implement and automate business processes within SF
• Supporting the various projects in the framework of global SF rollouts
• Liaising with business teams to implement innovative and efficient ways to improve CRM applications and processes
• Understanding business requirements and translating these into technical solutions based on the salesforce­­­.com platform
• Providing first line support for internal users
• Keeping abreast of developments in SalesForce and AppExchange
