Our client, American software Development Company, is opening the position of Software Engineer, St-Petersburg.

Group is working on server-resident solution that enhances performance and application availability by providing automated, non-disruptive path management in storage area network (SAN).

Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze and debug existing Perl test scripts 
• Generate and review new test scripts and test framework scripts that are used across multiple platforms (Windows, ESX, Linux, Unix)   

Education:

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Electrical Engineering    
• 2 years of experience in software development   

Required Skills:

• Perl experience to fulfill the duties above 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills Self-sufficient in his/her work Strong English written skills followed by good oral skills. 
• Experience with test automation is a plus 

Desired skills: 

• Knowledge of any of the following protocols and technologies: iSCSI, Fibre Channel, TCP/IP, File systems, Network File Systems, RAID and storage systems is a great plus 
• Experience with operating systems development and/or device/filter driver development for either Linux, ESX, Solaris, Windows, HP-UX or AIX 
•  Volume Managers, Storage Management Software and/or Storage Arrays
