Program period - 6 months. During this period you will:

·         Drive a Project in Finance Department under guidance & support of Business Controller

·         Get a chance to show your leadership

·         Will be involved in best-practice-sharing within cross-functional tasks.

·         Have Induction Program in other Departments

·         Soft skills training

·         High visibility for the Company top-management with special follow-up

·         Formal appraisal at the end of 6 months of the Program

Based on successful completion of Finance Offspring Program the apprentice will be offered a permanent employment at a Business Analyst position in Nutricia Ukraine.

Main Requirements:

·         Graduate degree in Economic or cybernetics high education

·         Strong analitic skills

·         Approximately 1-2 years of working experience, preferable controlling role in the international FMCG company

·         Basic SQL knowledge

·         Strong Financial Reporting and Planning expertise

·         Able to design and execute financial tracking and planning

·         Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

·         Familiarity with 1C is a plus

·         Intermediate English

·         High presentation skills

·         Pro-active and highly motivate team player

·         Great communication skills, ability to work under pressure with can-do attitude
