We search for Enterprise Technology Consultant with strong knowledge and working experience in:

Job Purpos

Provide on-going consulting to Production Team/Delivery and consulting projects execution. Provide technological support service, prototyping and technical professional advice to Engagement Team, build, tailor and drive consulting processes for Prospective Clients and/or Prospective Projects within Pre-Sale, Inception and Elaboration phases and provide collaboration with Competence Offices (Project Management Office (PMO), Business Analysis Office (BAO) and Quality Control Office (QCO)) on rotation base per prospect. Develop technical excellence in Enterprise technologies.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Project-related:

·         Participate and support the “face-to-face” client meetings (on-site and off-shore) and conference calls to successfully present the company best practices, technology skills and available experience, collect initial client requirements and understand client business needs

·         Coordinate consulting projects execution for enterprise business clients in context of technological disciplines management, provide a technological excellence to a client towards meeting their business needs and requirements

·         Develop and maintain technology strategy for enterprise business clients that is focused on their business directions enabling or resolving business needs and requirements

·         Own a technology management activities in a full cycle of consulting and development project management

·         Develop and maintain project management plans and other related artifacts for consulting projects

·         Develop implementation strategies and plans, by providing business values calculation and presentation based on the technological solution

·         Develop and execute trainings for end-users of enterprise systems

·         Own the process of technology and tools integration into the enterprise client’s business, supervise IT infrastructure (both software and hardware) implementation on the consulting or development projects

·         Provide a technological support for the technical or development team by consulting, advising or directing related activities

·         Install and configure enterprise-level systems, resolve or escalate integration or configuration issues

·         Provide technology evaluation, prototyping, software re-engineering/transformation research services for external clients in scope of consulting and development projects and for Engagement Team as support service (during pre-sale, Inception and partially Elaboration Phase)

·         Take part in project estimates development for the enterprise projects

Operational:

·         Develop and maintain enterprise technology consultant profile and expertise within the Delivery Group

·         Perform knowledge sharing and personnel education, develop and execute enterprise technology trainings for the company personnel and project teams

·         Keep track on technological trends worldwide and enterprise business automation development trends

·         Work independently within broad guidelines set by Delivery Manager

                               

Education:

·         Master degree in Computer Science or similar

·         Business, marketing, management education (Desirable)

Specialized knowledge:

·         Understanding of enterprise level technologies and methodologies

·         Understanding of world IT markets and technologies trends

·         Understanding of technologies and software engineering paradigms

·         Understanding of general management and research project management

 

Skills & Abilities:

·         English upper intermediate level or higher

·         Ability to get valuable result in shortest terms, result orientation

Experience:

·         Enterprise System Integrator experience

·         Deep industrial experience in Enterprise technologies

·         Deep experience in enterprise patterns (B2B, B2U/B2C, U2D/C2D, Business Connectors, e-commerce, Self-Service, Collaboration, Information Aggregation etc.), Data Patterns, Object oriented and Web Presentation Patterns

·         Proven track of records implementing Enterprise projects for small/medium business as system integrator, software architect/team leader/project manager (CRM, ERP, CMS, Billing, Finance, Telecommunications)

·         Experience in different types of integration projects (Information Portals, Data Replication, Shared Business Functions, Service-Oriented Architectures, Distributed Business Processes, Business-to-Business Integration)

·         Experience in several enterprise technological stacks and products (Microsoft-based Enterprise Technologies: Dynamics, BizTalk, SharePoint, Project Server; SAP, 1C)

·         Experience in Data Warehousing technologies (MS SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2)

·         Deep experience in Business Intelligence technologies (MS SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2, Teradata, SAP)

·         Deep experience in enterprise business processes automation and improvement based on the enterprise technologies and products

·         Proven communicator/presenter

·         Proven success in team building/management

·         Experience in one of the following business domains: Banking, Telecommunications

Professional Certification:

·         ERP, CRM, SCM (Desirable)
