Ernst & Young ITRA Group is looking for interns and professionals.

The successful candidates will:

• Participate in financial audits (IT audit part)
• Participate in IT assessment and improvement projects
• Provide application control and security services
• Provide risk and control analysis for IT-related business processes
• Provide data analysis services

Professional skills:

• Higher education, preferably a master's degree in IT management, computer science, economics, or business administration
• Experience in IT (IT consulting, system implementation and integration, IT security, IT or internal audit, system administration etc.)
• Knowledge of IT processes and IT governance principles as well as familiarity with common IT processes, governance and controls methodologies (CobIT, ITIL, ValIT etc.) is a plus
• Good knowledge of ERP or accounting applications (SAP R/3, Axapta, 1C, Oracle etc.) is a plus
• Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
• Knowledge of risk management principles is a plus
• Technical IT skills: SQL, MS Access, Excel (advanced formulas)
• Strong Russian writing skills
• Good English skills
• Willingness to work under pressure of time and travel, capability for professional and personal growth, high level of self-motivation and reliability

For Banking group:

• IT related experience in banking / insurance / investment - e.g. analyst, programmer, IT  project office specialist
• Basic knowledge in accounting for banks (at least awareness of what it is - e.g. Положение     
• ЦБ 302-П)
• Basic knowledge of business processes in financial institutions (e.g. deposits cycle, lending, payments)
• Knowledge or awareness of core banking IT systems (at least awareness of what it is, what is it for and how it is organized)
• Technical IT skills: SQL, Ms Access, Excel (advanced formulas), and some programming  
• Languages
