Role Description:

• The role involves taking part in the development of Java based Applications. This application actively communicates with other environments written in different languages. The developer has to demonstrate the skills to design and implement effective and scalable solutions for extending business demands.

Requirements:

• Java - Must have at least 3-5 year development experience;
• 1+ years commercial software development experience;
• Experience with Investment Banking and Equity Trading business is a plus.
• Experience in SQL (PL/SQL is a preference);
• Experience in client-server multi-threaded architectures;
• Knowledge of one of version control systems like CVS, subversion, MS Visual Source Safe, Perforce, CrearCase;
• Knowledge of messaging is a plus;
• In-house project lifecycle knowledge.
• Proactive team player with the ability to work in a structured environment;
• Continually challenge himself/herself to increase his/her design techniques, application development and software evaluation and development methods;
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
• Motivated and delivery focused, proactive;
• Intermediate or higher English, good communication skills;
• Desire to learn and wide your experience in IT field.
