We are looking for a Support engineer for cooperation in Kiev office.

 Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support.
• Investigate failures and restart the application services.
• Manage and solve problems
• Create a known issues database with solutions
• Assist with UAT and documentation of new enhancements and bug fixes.

Required skills:

• Advanced English skills;
• 2+ years of experience working with UNIX systems;
• 2+ years of experience working with SQL, T-SQL (PL/SQL);
• Basic knowledge of one of the programming languages (primarily Java and/or .NET);
• Knowledge of web services and web applications and content management systems (CMS);
• Operational experience of bug-tracking systems (JIRA, Test-Track, HP Service Desk);
• Analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail;
• Self-motivated, ability for fast learning;
• Planning and ability to multitask effectively.
