 Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support and assistance to customers,
• Providing web-based demonstrations of company’s software,
• Helping sales with technical questions.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience with networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware, SQL Server,
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Have ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate English communication skills (English knowledge sufficient for communication with our US office)
• 1 or more years experience in IT, system administration, or technical support.
