Our customer is one of the leading European providers of debt-related administrative services. It is building up a strong international position, highly weighted within banking and finance. It possesses market-leading expertise and unique databases with debt-related information to help companies make better decisions, improve their efficiency and accelerate their cash flow. Their services range from credit evaluation, invoicing, reminders, debt collection and portfolio management.

Within the project we are looking for a professional in a role of Test Leader

Requirements:

•          3-5 years’ experience in software testing and/or development;
•          Test management experience in accordance with IT industry standards (supervising about 5-10 subordinated persons);
•          Thorough knowledge of test structure, test environments, tools and techniques;
•          Agile /Scrum experience;
•          Quality Assurance processes knowledge;
•          Good command of SQL;
•          Ability to communicate effectively in off-line and on-line mode as well as to choose the proper channel;
•          Experience of work in the financial sector is a plus;
•          Understanding of Session based (Session Based Test management, SBTM) and Exploratory testing techniques;
•          Fluent English is a must;
•          MS/BS degree in Computing Sciences or equivalent;
