OPPORTUNITY:

  • We are looking for a high-energy network administrator that has the education and/or commensurate experience to work on an infrastructure team responsible for the IT operations.  Responsibilities range from daily administration tasks to new system implementations and project management.

As such, this role will be expected to communicate respectfully and effectively with people from all backgrounds and cultures. QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Working proficiency in English (preferred).
  • High energy with the ability to take ownership of a project or task and be accountable for their decisions and results.
  • Ability to work effectively within team parameters and independently with the inclination to get things done.
  • Commensurate experience in a computer science, engineering, or other related technical discipline.
  • Experience administering ERP packages, including reporting. Weblogic / Webfocus preferred.
  • Windows Server (including terminal services), Windows Desktop and Active Directory administration experience, preferably in both physical and virtual hardware environments.
  • Support and maintain desktop, laptop and server hardware.
  • Lotus Domino/Notes or other email system administration experience.
  • Expertise in Disaster Recovery Planning, Backup Software and Antivirus Software.
  • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, including switching, routing and wireless. Cisco preferred.

PREFERRED:

  • Business oriented perspective.
  • Experience within a manufacturing or assembly environment is highly desired.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with different cultures from around the world.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all socioeconomic levels from hourly operators to senior management.
  • Experience with Voice over IP implementation and administration.
  • Experience with SQL Server administration.
