Responsibilities:
- Build new overall customer relationship management strategy to support business transition and objectives, perform strategic decisions based on analysis and research
- Manage of multi-channel approach - plan and execute for all elements for campaigns including direct mail, telesales, retention, and sms
- Oversee CRM business plans and budget proposals accordingly - financial management and administration (budgeting, invoicing)
- Perform detail evaluation of campaign / activity effectiveness and iniciate changes, which will lead to improvements of campaigns and processes, as well as quality of overall client portfolio
- Optimize results (ROI, CV, RACV, Response or Conversion Rate, Volumes etc.) and set priorities for further improvement and development
- X-business coordination and cooperation with other departments (Risk, Finance, Product, Legal, Compliance, Telesales, Marketing Communication and others as needed)
- Preparation and management of key / strategic projects within CRM, propose ideal solutions for respective projects, leading of projects across departments, organize tenders, set up metrics for evaluation and participate in selection of best solution and vendor, implements solution to daily operations
- Active search for best practice examples and learn from local and global market, manage technology and analytical functions to drive results and business intelligence
- Manage, develop and support members of CRM team on day-to-day basis
- Direct report to CMO.
Requirements:
- University degree preferably in Marketing, Finance or Economics
- 7+ years with similar experience in banking / telecom / FMCG companies
- An ability to work within deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal management skills
- Influencing skills and ability to successfully operate in matrix environment
- Proven managerial skills and project management skills
- English: fluent.
