System Developer (Demo Support)

Overview:

Senior Developer is one of key roles in demo preparation projects. Being an expert in programming languages and technologies Senior Developer is able to rapidly develop a new feature or modify an existing one in the most simple, efficient and reliable way. With good understanding of Telco business and his mind open Senior Developer solves easily any problem regardless a product it’s related to. Being communicative and friendly he helps his team and tutors junior colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for end-to-end mixed-language code development for demo projects;
• Be a coach for other developers in questions of solution architecture, languages and technologies;
• Design solution architecture in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications:

Minimum

Education:

• Higher Degree;

Skills and experience:

• Practical expert in Java and related technologies;
• Good knowledge of relational DB concepts and SQL;
• Understanding system design principles;
• Understanding Telco business and OSS/BSS systems;
• Self-reliant and creative;
• Strong communication skills;
• Intermediate English.

Preferable

Education:

• Higher Technical Degree. Computer Science / Math / Engineering is preferable;
• PhD is a plus.

Skills and experience:

• Expertise in any of PL/SQL, JSP, JavaScript is a plus;
• Experience in developing OSS/BSS solutions;
• Experience in projects run with agile methodologies is a plus;
• Participation in programming contests is a plus;
• Coacher’s skills.
