System Engineer (Demo Support)

Overview:

• Understanding customer demands and creating solutions that completely address them – is a great part of company success. When demonstrating to customer our products we can clarify customer needs and assure customer that NetCracker solutions fulfill all of the requirements in the best way.
• System Engineer is a person who is responsible fast and efficient configuration of demo solution. In the projects where small team creates wide solution covering OSS/BSS domain and System Engineer has in-depth knowledge of NetCracker framework and products. In collaboration with Software Developers and Business Analysts he automates customer business processes constructing a solid solution from variety of product components.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for solution configuration;
• Learn product features and use the knowledge to rapidly create demo solutions;
• Design and configure business entities;
• Fill demonstration with truthful sample data.

Qualifications:

Minimum

Education:

• Higher Degree;

Skills and experience:

• Hands-on technical background. Software development or implementation is a plus;
• Knowledge of any network technologies;
• Understanding relational DB principles;
• Self-reliant;
• Intermediate English.

Preferable

Education:

• Higher Technical Degree. Computer Science / Math / Engineering is preferable;

Skills and experience:

• Good knowledge of Telco business and OSS/BSS systems;
• Good understanding of major telecom technologies;
• Experience in domain modeling: entity, data flow, process flow. Understanding of OOP basics;
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• Knowledge of SQL, Java, JSP, JavaScript is a plus.
