Right now we are looking for Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Vinnitsa.

Job description:

• Performing remote installations of NICE Software on the Customer Sites from 15.00 till 24.00.

Responsibilities:

• Be the main technical contact in front of the customer.
• Document and track all tickets in the CRM system.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
• Interface with the Nice support organization to address identified issues.
• Implement defined corrective actions on identified technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in computer science.
• Minimum 2-4 years technical experience with in the industry.
• Knowledge and experience in System Administration, Storage Systems (EMC, IBM),
• Networking, Databases (MS SQL).
• Experience as a DBA (MS SQL) – an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in Telephony (TDM, VOIP) – an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in Systems and Applications performance tuning – an advantage.

• Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.

• Fluent communication (verbal and writing) skills in English.
