INNOVECS is building a team for product/platform development and looking for Senior Automation Test Engineer to work on the full time basis in our Kiev office.

The project is:

• The project is within insurance domain, with the goal of building public Consumer Portal and a specialized Industry Website for participating insurance agencies. It will contain agency profile functionality, which is to be integrated with Consumer Portal to support lead generation, billing and administration subsystems as well as extensive analytics and reporting. The core of the system is a transactional database with substantial business logic and data warehouse capabilities. The product will be initially piloted in a few selected states and then deployed as nation-wide system.

Our expectations:

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience;
• Knowledge of:
  
  •  Automation testing tools (like Selenium, QTP, etc.);
  •  SQL as user;
  •  J2SE (at least basics);
• Experience with:
  
  •  Manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications
  •  Integrations testing
  •  Windows, Unix OS environments
  •  Bug tracking systems
• Understanding of:
  
  •  Software development life cycle;
  •  Keyword-driven testing methodology;
  •  English level intermediate or higher.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of:
  
  •  At least one RDBMS;
  •  JavaScript, XPath, regexp;
  •  Unit testing frameworks;
  •  Version control systems;
• Experience with:
  
  •  Agile/Scrum;
  •  Behavior Driven Development/Testing;
• Understanding of:
  
  •  Continuous integration process.
