- Cogniance IT Support Team is looking for a team player who is willing to work, learn and grow his/her career within Cogniance. IT Support Specialist will use knowledge and skills obtained through his/her education and on-the-job trainings to gain practical experience in end-user support, IT operations and management of Cogniance IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- End-user support on IT related issues
- Creating and updating virtual working environments for production users
- Analyzing and documenting issues/tasks resolution using Jira Issue Tracking system
- Participating in problem resolution sessions
- Hardware repair and maintenance
- Network services monitoring
Skills
- Problem solver with a positive attitude to customer problems
- Intermediate spoken and written English
- Positive attitude to team work
- Windows and Linux system administration
- Good networking fundamentals
- Increasingly complex and progressive experience in similar area
Personal attributes

Educational requirements
- MS/BS degree in Computing Sciences or equivalent is preferred. Credit will be given for candidates who do not have relevant degrees but can demonstrate equivalent work experience.
