Project Description:

• Рroject scope covers development of new tools for Ranking, Query understanding, Relevance measurement related to various search verticals (Shopping / Image / Video / Travel / Entertainment).
• Design and development of complex high-volume data processing algorithms;
• Data analysis automation procedures;
• Building data cubes;
• UI Reports, charts;
• Creation of dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Improvement of relevance for client's search engine;
• Development of tools to analyze and improve the performance of client's search of Shopping/Image/Video/Travel/Entertainment etc.;
• Improving currently used algorithms;
• Developing new tools for Ranking, Query understanding, Relevance measurement and other tasks related to various search verticals;
• Collaborating with other teams in designing, coding, measuring and shipping improvements in the commerce search ranking/relevance/merchandise processing algorithms.

Skills Required:

• Fluent English;
• Excellent algorithm and problem solving skills;
• Excellent DB skills (writing SQL scripts, database design);
• Interest in learning new technologies (will need to learn some proprietary technologies).
• Skills required: C#, SQL. Optional: Windows Forms, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C++ .
