Ciklum is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to offer a great opportunity to upgrade knowledge in a team of professionals within dynamic Agile environment.

As a member of distributed SCRUM team located in Geneva and Kyiv  we offer:

• To participate in development of the new OSGi and Vaadin based Platform from the scratch! 
• To take a part in architecture discussing and implementation on all architectural layers, from database and server-side to front-end GUI; 
• Participate in all phases of full life-cycle product development;

• To work with up today development tools like Subversion, Maven, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence etc 
• To learn from your colleagues and share your own knowledge and experience with others

Main responsibilities: 

• Design test cases for the developed functionality 
• Preform manual testing (functional, regression, smoke) for the web based applications 
• In collaboration with other team members lead automation of tests using Selenium test framework 
• Report about testing progress and detected issues 

 Requirements: 

• Technical higher education (preferable in IT) 
• 2+ year experience of working as Manual Test Engineer for an IT software development company (web applications testing) 
• Knowledge of Java at least on Junior level 
• Knowledge of Linux on user level 
• English spoken and written on the intermediate level or higher 
• Motivation to work in SCRUM project and expand own skills in test automation 
• Knowledge of Selenium test framework is a plus but not mandatory for this position
