Our internal application set includes main dynamic and multi-functional business support system and separate compact service-oriented e-commerce application (Eshop). 
The main system contains customer data holder, mail and order-invoice processing, promotion support, internal document flows support, license generation and license track support. The main advantages are extensibility, search-base user interface, compliance with message queuing principles, absence of legacy code. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Help the team to enhance our internal CRM and EShop applications, further improving user experience. You will need to quickly become familiar with the existing project infrastructure and learn to modify and improve it effectively.
  • New functionality could be easily implemented, but the list of features required is long and versatile. So we need a creative person, who could be involved in all steps of development - from task formalization to full implementation and testing. As soon as all those applications are business critical the strong personal trustworthy and reliability are required.
 
 
Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of commercial server-side Java development experience
  • Knowledge of and experience using following technologies:  Spring, Struts2, JSP, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript 
  • Strong personal trustworthy and reliability
  • Good communication skills and spoken and written English
  • Good teamwork skills
     
 
Preferable:
 
 
  • Experience developing CRM and e-commerce systems
  • Experience in requirements elicitation and management
  • GWT
