FSUE (Federal State Unitary Enterprise) Federal Center of Nuclear Medicin Projects Design and Development of the Federal Medico-Biological Agency (FMBA) of Russia has selected IBA to install a Proton therapy center for the Ulianovsk Region. It will be part of the future Federal High-Tech Medical Center in Dimitrovgrad.

Responsibilities:

• You participate to the installation and maintenance of the equipment, with focus on the deployment of the software. You are in charge of testing and validating new releases according to the specifications, and you ensure the customer requirements are met in terms of compliance, quality, technical performance, and timing. Finally you provide training to the final customers to use properly and safely the equipment and systems;

• You report to the Site Manager.

Profile:

• Master or bachelor degree (preferably in computer science or electronics) or an equivalent experience;
• Relevant technical experience in electronics/electrical system troubleshooting, mechanical system design and repair, and operations of large systems, as well as in control systems and with various controllers;
• Good knowledge of C, C++ and UNIX whereas knowledge of Java is a plus;
• Driven, proactive and hands-on person;
• Detail oriented person with very good analytical skills;
• Able to organize your work autonomously and to take initiatives;
• Team player with a strong customer focus;
• Very good oral and written communication skills in English (it is a must!);
• Flexible person, willing to work in rotating shift work, night work and weekends (up to 50% of your time);
• You will follow a training period of several months at the HQ in Belgium and on sites abroad.
