Responsibilities:
 

• Provide pre and post-sales support for our networking products and services
• Front line technical support
• Training of customers and sales
• Influencing customer purchasing decisions.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction for existing accounts and establishing new ones.
• Traveling will be required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• Engineering/Computer Science undergraduate degree majoring in networking
• Strong technical background in telecommunications with an emphasis on Ethernet, IP routing and associated
• protocols, and cyber security
• Experience configuring Ethernet and IP networks
• Strong knowledge of PC operating systems i.e. Windows and Linux
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with customers
• Special consideration will be given to candidates with the following attributes:
  
  • 2 to 5 years experience providing technical and sales support for Ethernet and TCP-IP networks (Layer 2 and Layer 3)
  • Cisco certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE
  • Linux development or administration experience
  • Fluent in multiple languages
  • Deep knowledge of WiMAX is advantageous
