Full responsibility for the software development cycle, from business requirements through design, implementation, code-review and QA.

Managing timetables, driving performance and continuous quality improvement, as well as staffing, and training.

Reporting to R&D manager in Israel.

Requirements

  • Formal degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a development group of at least 10 people and leading multi-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in developing critical multiple users systems in web environment.
  • At least 8 years experience in software development.
  • At least 4 years experience in .Net and MS-SQL.
  • Experience in Java/GWT – advantage.
  • Experience in Flash - advantage.
  • Excellent English level.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent technical and communication skills, responsibility, initiative,  high motivation and quick learning.
