THE LEADING SUPPLIER OF THE TELECOMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT.


Job Description:
  • The job consists of system testing and integration of CS Core equipment;
  • Acceptance tests performing and participation in Handover to Support process;
  • Handling of Customer Support Requests including investigation of problems and trouble shooting for the following CS Core products: MSC (AXE), MSC-S (AXE), HLR (AXE), MGw (Cello), UDM solution;
  • The testing activity includes running automated and manual tests, reporting test results, maintaining, updating test cases, and creating new test cases;
  • Possibility to take participation in 24h Emergency Support;
  • Scripting and programming of market adaptations and services;
  • Giving guidance to customers on Operation & Maintenance Helpdesk requests and proactive procedures;
  • Planning, dimensioning, audit (including statistic and KPI), optimization of CS Core networks;
  • Configuration and integration of Systems, Platforms and Applications at customer premises (On-site Support).

Qualifications
  • Experience of products: MSC, MSC-S, HLR, MGw.
  • Experience of telecommunication's signalling protocols.
  • Experience of TCP/IP.
  • Experience of UNIX based systems.
  • Experience of programming skills (C++, C# or similar)
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of technologies.
  • Fluent in English.
