TaskData is looking for a Java Developer to work on various projects.

 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Work in small team assisting more senior people on various projects
  • Programming in Java/J2EE: develop re-usable solutions, various type of customization, performance optimizations, etc
  • Programming in SQL (optional)
  • Working over design documents and other types of technical documentation
  • Researching on various tools and technologies needed for the projects

Requirements:
  • Have 3+ years overall Java experience
  • Be able to communicate within a team in English (intermediate level)
  • Have design and development skills in Java/J2EE
  • Experience with WebSphere and/or WebLogic and/or JBoss
  • Basic knowledge about relational databases, e.g Oracle, SQL Server
  • Have an experience working with XML technologies (XSD, DTD, XSL)
  • Be a responsible and initiative person capable to work without daily guidance
  • Have an attitude to learn and ramp up on new tools and technologies quickly
 
Advantageous skills:
  • Experience with Oracle RDBMS
  • Deep knowledge of SQL and basic PL/SQL development skills
  • Have an experience with Unix systems that can be used in production, e.g. (RetHat, AIX, Solaris)
