Reporting to Head of DP Group

Main objectives of the job

• Analysis and description of business processes in Demand planning and cross functional processes,
• Implementation of new TOOLs for regional forecasting and key accounts forecasting, linking them to SAP APO (national forecasting)
• Creation of procedures for operational forecasting and reporting
• Maintaining and developing cross functional performance reports
• Maintaining and developing Demand planning reports in line with Region (AACEE) requirements
• Development of new reports for directors and top managers

 Responsibilities and tasks:

• Information accumulation, processing and sharing
• Maintaining adequate logistics data across regional forecasting working files;
• Prepare and automation of reports and analyses in Excel on basis of data from SQL
• Users and tools support, presentations preparation for S&OP meetings
• Ensuring regional forecasting tool proper linkage with SAP APO data

Forecasting

• Support to preparing reginoal Forecasts for weekly meetings, incorporating data obtained from Sales, Marketing, customer Marketing and Commercial departments for all regions.

Reporting

• Preparing and issuing reports on monthly/weekly basis in line with AACEE definition
• Preparing and reporting regional demand planning  KPIs

Maintenance

• All data bases.

Personnel Specification:

• Higher education (preferably technical/mathematical);

• Good technical background (databases, SQL, Excel, Access, SAP/APO/BW, MS Visio, MS Project).
