Job Description:

• This position manages the operations and execution of the Onshore processes of MSci  Delivery and associated project work for their geographical/product/process scope.
• It includes understanding and representing the local market(s) conditions in the delivery processes, as well as executing the local country(ies) “onshore” work.
• This entails managing and coordinating day to day Offshore Delivery team (TCS) work to ensure flawless and timely deliverables.
• It also entails engaging with partners like GO and DA to ensure smooth hand-offs in delivery operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Executes the Onshore processes of MSci Delivery and associated project work for their scope. Onshore project work will be execution work that requires a local presence such as aspects of universe, sample design, product enhancement, data queries that entails local inspection, contacts, or language.
• Maintain project work discipline in the centrally managed Project Tracker
• Works in partnership with the Offshore Delivery team (TCS) according to execution requirements as defined by the process playbooks for Delivery and associated project work.
• Engage GO and DA on select Delivery and associated project work to ensure smooth operations.
• Be local touchpoint on local on select Delivery and associated project work and to investigate data inquiries / challenges with local teams, offshore Delivery, and Practice Transformation for processes / methods issues.
• Work through Delivery Leadership on Global Delivery and Practice Transformation teams to converge processes, methods, and applications on optimized best practices.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, logical reasoning
• Ability to execute research projects, and translate the results into operational or analytical solutions to problems
• 1+ years of quantitative analysis work experience
• Ability to work in an individual and/or team setting
• Strong prioritization/ time management skills and ability to meet changing deadlines
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking and cross-functional environment with several interacting teams
• Competent use of the English language, both written and verbal
• Profound knowledge of MS Excel
• Good programming skills: e.g. SQL, BASIC etc.
