Position Objective:

Taking a vacant position of Lead developer heading group of 2-3 people in development of several long-run projects based on C#/Winforms/MSSQL technologies within a distributed international team. The successful candidate will be a strong team player who is enthusiastic about creating innovative professional solutions working in the growing technical team. You will have a solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies particularly 3+ years commercial experience in C#, T-SQL, including the development and design of n-tier systems. Involvement in the full software development cycle is encouraged, as are client-facing skills where appropriate.

 

Experience and knowledge required:

• Strong experience in development of windows-applications (web-applications experience is a plus)
• Strong database knowledge (MS SQL Server 2000/2005/2008), T-SQL
• Good knowledge of C# and understanding .NET platform principles (experience in Crystal Reports is a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of ADO.NET/Linq
• Deep understanding of OOP and using of Software Design Patterns
• Experience in managing software developers
• Good analytical skills
• Higher technical education. Relevant training certificates/degrees are a plus
• Experienced Windows 2000/XP user/administrator, understanding of networking is a plus
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good written/spoken English
• Enthusiasm

• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Ability to communicate with users, to work without supervision, dedication to work
• Willingness to travel

Key duties include:

• Lead a group of 2-3 software developers throughout the development process in cooperation with existing groups
• Development and improving of existing systems
• Collecting business requirements in close communication with the customer
• Create and update technical documentation
• Deliver weekly status reports on development and management activities
• Any other duties as deemed reasonable by the company to suit business needs
