MirVracha is a leading Russian-launguage internet portal for medical professionals. We seek a qualified and ambitious IT professional who can join us as a playing manager --- to lead the development project of our business platform while partially conducting coding/programming work that needs to be done in-house. Going forward, we expect this person to assume a broader responsibility as CIO and to become part of our core management team.

Обязанности:

  • To lead the continuing development of the company's IT platform (an internet portal with registered members database and several administrative interfaces). Some of the programming work need to be done in-house due to license requirements.
  • To ensure operational and maintenance support to the IT platform
  • To develop the company's technology policy, inclugin further business requirements, information security, business continuity, etc.

Требования:
  • Higher education in technology
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in Java 
  • 4+ years of experience in IT development projects
  • 2+ years of experience in project management
  • Decent working Enligsh, both written and speaking
  • Proactive and creative work attitude suitable for a start-up company
  • Interest in constantly expanding own skills and responsibilities
