Currently we are looking for a Ruby PHP Developer to join our LoopMe Media team. 

About project: 

LoopMe Media is a mobile advertising company, based in London that focuses on offering in app advertising and marketing solutions to app publishers and advertisers worldwide. The founders of LoopMe have worked together for the last 6 years defining the mobile advertising and marketing ecosystem with Ad Infuse and Velti(VELT). The founders were part of the senior management team responsible for listing Velti on the NASDAQ in 2011 raising $300m.Previously the founders have worked in mobile and advertising for Vodafone, Universal McCann and other successful technology businesses. 
The team is extending. The Client is going to get fundings for his project and will setup a dedicated team. 

Main responsibilities: 

Following full project delivery cycle: 
• Analyzing the requirements, 
• Clarifying the requirements with the client, 
• Estimating the project and risks with the team, 
• Participating in development tasks. 

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

General requirements: 
• Good knowledge in Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Redis; 
• Excellent academic qualifications; 
• Ability to write high quality code quickly and work within a wide variety of codebases; 
• Ability to move rapidly between varied and challenging projects and technical environments; 
• Highly developed problem-solving and debugging skills; 
• Good knowledge of writing efficient code in constrained environments. 

The following skills/experience are advantageous: 
• NoSql BD’s (Redis); 
• HTML(5)/CSS(3); 
• Previous experience of Agile Scrum development is desirable; 
• Previous experience of Test Driven Development, XP or Pare Programming is desirable; 
• Personal: ability to relate positively to and engage with a wide range of people. Strong self-motivation, reliable and flexible team-player. High attention to detail, ability to remain focused under pressure. Always seeking to improve processes and suggest alternative better solutions.
