Senior Manager for Telecom and Data Center services

Requirements

• Higher education in Management Information Systems
• 3-6  years relevant working experience
• Advanced level knowledge and experience in designing, engineering, and implementing local and wide-area networks, intranets, and external network connectivity based on Cisco and Microsoft technologies:
  
  • Cisco ASA, IPS, QoS, routing (BGP, OSPF etc.), IronPort
  • VMWare, Citrix, NetApp
  • MS SCCM, TS, SQL server, GPO, Exchange, SharePoint
  • Unix (Linux or FreeBSD), Web-servers (Apache etc.)
• ITIL knowledge
• Professional certification in relevant areas is a plus
• Several years experience in working in a corporate environment
• Several years of project experience
• Experience of working in international company
• Preferable experience of managing a virtual team
• Very good leadership, management and communication skills
• Experience in taking lead in stressful situations with clear delegation and decision making skills
• Upper-intermediate English

General Duties

• Manage Telecom and Data Center teams
• Manage IT Infrastructure projects
• Provide smooth operations and effective use of network and telecommunications systems
• Develop specifications, guidelines, and operating procedures for technical staff
• Deliver input into budget proposals
• Complete assigned administrative tasks, such as monthly reports and statistics, on a timely basis
• Keep senior management informed of potential issues before they escalate
• Frequently called on to prioritize a large number of tasks with simultaneous priorities
• Coordinate activity with other parts of Group IT
