  • Technical university degree
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of processes for typical back office
  • Experience working in a multinational environment
  • Experience in software development process
  • Excellent understanding of priorities and needs of Electronic Trading groups (Back Office) and Compliance departments
  • Experience in implementation of software systems in Electronic Trading (Back Office) and Compliance areas
  • Demonstrated ability to follow defined process and troubleshoot informal communications
  • Demonstrated Multi-tasking ability
  • Able to work independently and as a team member
  • Stress tolerance mentality
