BASIC REQUIREMENTS

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience with process design and product development, applied research and process scale up, and automated continuous processes

Mandatory Skills
1. Developing Metal (bulk, sheet, tube, etc.) Forming Processes
*Sheet forming, bulk forging, etc.
*Ferrous / non-ferrous metal forming
*Superplastic forming
*Analysis of CAE simulation

2. Developing Die-Casting Processes
*Non-ferrous metal casting
*Material development for die casting
*Die casting CAE (Anycast, Magma etc.)

Common Requirements
*Experience in CAD Software
*Programming skill with (C++, Matlab, or other programming language)

WORKSITE LOCATION
Suwon (S. Korea)

LANGUAGE
Good command of oral and written English
