Requirements:

• BASIC REQUIREMENTS
• ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering
• PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of experience with process design and product development, applied research and process scale up, and automated continuous processes
• Mandatory Skills
• Developing Metal (bulk, sheet, tube, etc.) Forming Processes
  
  • Sheet forming, bulk forging, etc.
  • Ferrous / non-ferrous metal forming
  • Superplastic forming
  • Analysis of CAE simulation
• Developing Die-Casting Processes
  
  • Non-ferrous metal casting
  • Material development for die casting
  • Die casting CAE (Anycast, Magma etc.)
• Common Requirements
  
  • Experience in CAD Software
  • Programming skill with (C++, Matlab, or other programming language)
• WORKSITE LOCATION Suwon (S. Korea)
• LANGUAGE Good command of oral and written English

  • Theory and experiment of metal analysis
  • Developing metal forming processes
