Our Client, R & D Center (multinational company) is looking for Functional Specialist.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements documentation, mails or business demands in other forms to create functional specification documentation, in close cooperation with Application Owner as the primary input
• Analyze technical requirements received from Application Owner and define technical solutions (technical software design)
• Create SQL and PL\SQL scripts for maintenance  issues and ad-hoc requests
• Support users testing , operations when required
• Work with application developers / database administrators to resolve  functional /technical  issues, and to help find solutions for various difficult areas
• Creates and modifies various applications specific documentation (typical problem solutions, functional dependencies, user manuals)

Requirements:

• Experience in dealing with customer requirements
• Experience in creating complex technical design
• Functional / Business analysis is very desirable
• Team / Tech lead experience  would be an advantage
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proactive communication skills (listening /  speaking)
• Accuracy/attention to details
• Self-started and client focused in development and proactive in problem solving
• Candidate should be ready to relocate (Moscow and Saint-Petersburg)
