GlobalLogic is looking for QA Engineer to join our QA team.

Required skills:

• 2+ years experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and approaches.
• Working knowledge of Windows and UNIX/Linux including shell and common tools, web server/application servers, databases, web technologies.
• Proven track record in working with virtual machines (VMWare, KVM, CitrixXen, Hyper-V).
• Good understanding of product life cycle, QA and automation processes.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to diagnose failed test cases before opening bugs.

Job responsibilities:

• Create and maintain test cases suites for the projects.
• Accurately report individual status to required levels of leadership/management.
• Design and create test plans within area of responsibility.
• Execute tasks to meet and exceed delivery commitments
• Significantly contribute to specification, test plan and test case reviews.
•  Accurately estimate sizing, schedules and resource estimates within area of responsibility.
• Shares information acts as team player and embraces teamwork.
