Role Description 


Strong Java server-side developer in XOL Market Connectivity department.

XOL is Deutsche Bank warrant trading and market making platform for derivatives including equity, FX and commodities. The application provides continuous pricing, quoting and trading for more than 130 000 products on more than 10 exchanges. Warrant business is expecting huge growth in volumes and there is a growing demand to extend number of products up to 200 000 products by end of the year. The work will include significant improvements in architecture, system capacity, throughput, latency and stability.
 
The development team is located in Moscow and manages full lifecycle of application development from architecture and technology decisions to development, release management and level 3 production support.

Experience / Requirements (Required)

  • 5+ years of commercial software development.
  • Sound server-side Java expertise.
  • Strong multithreading skills.
  • Unix user/developer.
  • English: upper-intermediate and above.

Experience / Requirements (Preferred)

  • C++ skills.
  • Market connectivity experience (FIX, FAST, RFA, JOAL, etc).
  • Unix shell and perl scripting.
