Job description:


  • Maintenance and configuring monitoring systems (maintain existing policies and developing new);
  • Maintenance and configuring ITSM systems according to processes description and business needs;
  • Writing and maintaining technical documentation
  • Users support. 

Required qualifications and skills:

 

  • Higher technical education;
  • From half year of  work experience;
  • Strong knowledge of system Monitoring;
  • Good knowledge of UNIX (HP-UX, Solaris, Linux);
  • Shell/Perl Scripting;
  • Basic English;
  • Analytical thinking, able to solve problems, self-motivated, proactive, team player.
