The large western production company for it´s international project is looking for IT Business/System Analyst.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

• Analyze current IT/business processes in required area, clarify their vulnerability and identify areas for improvement from business and IT point of view;
• Participate to analysis required by new business demands;
• Design, test and implement new functions and facilities in line with agreed specifications;
• Learn new models of business processes in related area and follow their progress;
• Take active part in key IT projects and manage small projects in area of expertise;
• Work in collaboration with users in related area/project and translate their requirements into conceptual task or technical specifications for third parties supplier. Be able to raise change requests (CRs) when appropriate.

• IT technical background;
• Project management and delivery process;
• Good business analysis skills and business awareness;
• Ability to work effectively in complex matrix organization with potential usage of outsourcing resources;
• Ability to understand and apply new technologies to deliver effective IT solution;
• IT skills: DBMS (Oracle, Sql), Excel, Business Objects reporting tool, programming (any type of language);
• English language on a upper-intermediate or higher level.

Relevant experience:

• Couple of years experience in various IT areas
• Acceptable Project management knowledge and experience of at least one business projects realization
• Experience in building IT landscape/architecture based on complexity of business requirements
• Experience in working in teams
